Business Development Manager ( Ref: BDM/TRNG/HR- 1007)

The main objective of this role is to develop the growth of the existing business, defining and executing strategic business plans, creating, monitoring, and analyzing revenue generation activities against the set targets. In addition this role will handle the exisiting client management, creating brand awareness among the potential customers, and to submit necessary reports to the management from time to time.
The ideal candidate must have an MBA from a reputed institute with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates with relevant experience in Service Industry background will be preferred. He/ she should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Age shall be below 30 years.

Client Relations Executives- Advertising division ( Ref: CRE/ADVT/HR- 1008)

This role is aiming to maintain the existing clients with a high degree of client service and to increase the business share from them while generating and developing new clients. The position reports to the Unit Manager and will be the key contact point for the clients.
The Ideal candidate should be a Post Graduate in Marketing and communication with at least two years of experience in an advertising agency handling client relations. Candidates with high energy and creativity are only considered for this position. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are mandatory for this position.

Art Director- Advertising division ( Ref: AD/ADVT/HR- 1011)

This is a key role in the advertising division. The incumbent shall be highly creative with good people management skills. Ability to work with multi - cultural people is also necessary for this position.
The position requires attending regular meeting with clients/prospects to discuss their requirements, understanding of the target audience and business that the client is targeting, working closely with the team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's requirements etc. The Art Director shall also work on pitching ideas to the clients/prospects, producing sketches /storyboards /roughs to communicate ideas to the client or to brief other members of the creative team.
The candidate shall be a graduate/ Post Graduate preferably in Fine Arts with relevant wok experience in a reputed advertising agency. He must be flexible as the role might include long working hours. He should be thorough with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, QuarkXpress, PowerPoint and other programs usually required to apply. Knowledge of each step of an ad campaign's process to give creative direction, work on schedule and meet client‘s advertising expectations is a key attribute of this position.

Assistant Manager - Sales for the Indian MNC in Real Estate & Investments ( Ref: AD/ADVT/HR- 1012)

Principal Accountabilities:

    Location- Dubai, UAE.
    1. Achieve sales targets set for the financial year by maintaining consistency in achieving the monthly sales targets to set new benchmarks and improve on the capability.
    2. Develop, add and maintain new customer relationships to ensure consistency in building new relationships month after month by being customer centric and ensuring every new prospect carries a memorable experience at every stage of the sale.
    3. Develop and handhold new Channel Partners/ Freelancers by way of providing close attention during their initial journey with Expat for them to understand the values and process of the organization and to incorporate the same to theirs.
    4. Ensure high ‘Customer Satisfaction’ by providing a high quality sales service to the prospects and customers by timely following up with them and meticulously meeting all the requirements related to the sale.
    5. Identify opportunities for new market expansion in potential markets by constant interaction with the existing Channel Partner and customer relationships, and suggest to the supervisor for consideration.
    6. Identify and suggest products as per the need of the customer/community by gauging the market to make our products customer centric and market oriented.
